82nd San Diego District Championships

September 6, 2010-
Shabnam Eslami defeated her sister Maryam Eslami and won the Women's Open Singles Division. ISA is proud to have two of their players meet in the finals at the Balboa Tennis Club this past weekend. Good work!

Southern California Nationals

July 26, 2010-
Congratulations Bettina Olah for winning the Fallbrook Junior Tournament in the Girl's 14s Singles Division.
Congratulations to Romar Hernandez for making it to the finals in Doubles in the Lakewood National Tournament for the Boy's 18s Division.
Congratulations to Maryam Eslami getting to the finals in doubles in the Girl's 18 bracket and making it to the quarter finals in the back draw of Girl's 18 Singles in Lakewood National Tournament.

Southern California Sectionals

July 1, 2010-
Congratulations to Maryam Eslami qualifying into the Main Draw at the Southern California Sectionals and making it to the Semifinals of the consolation bracket of the Girls 18.
Also, good job Romar Hernandez for qualifying into the Main Draw at the Southern California Sectionals.
ISA's student Logan Smith(Second Seed) placed 5th at the Southern California Sectionals.

Romar battled through two close sets (4-6, 5-7) during the final but unfortunately was not able to capture the title. Nevertheless, he was accredited with the Sportsmanship Award for this tournament! Great Work Romar!
