Skip Redondo

Tennis Director

Skip has over 50 years of tennis experience, and over 30 of that in coaching top ranked junior players. He coached Andrea Tamasvari while she was the #2 ranked player in the world; he coached Kelly Jones, who was an accomplished junior, college, and professional player. Most recently, he coached touring pro Josh Olivas and three time NCAA Champion Amber Lieu. Skip also coached his son Ryan to become the junior national and world champion, NCAA All-American, and the #1 NCAA doubles player.

Matt Tosches

Matt graduated from SDSU in 2011 with a degree in Kinesiology. He competed 4 years on SDSU’s Division 1 tennis team. Matt received the award for top scholar athlete at SDSU three separate times. He has been a private coach for years, coaching many top ranked juniors. Matt is currently completing his Emergency Medical Technician Certification that will enable him to handle any types of injuries or emergencies that may occur on court.

Has great value for the game of tennis. He has a keen eye on technique and is very knowledgeable of the game. He played at Cal State Los Angeles and started to teach in the Sacramento area. He coached a lot of great players in Northern California and now he is part of the ISA Tennis Academy.

Armando Muela
Volunteer Coach

From Tijuana, Mexico. His son Luis is on of the top players in our academy. Armando has been teaching for 10 years, coaching several top players in Tijuana.
He is great with technique and speaks fluent Spanish for players that come to our academy from Mexico.

Played College Basketball and Tennis for USD. She trained in the Bollitieri Tennis Academy in Florida. She also played on the WCTA Circuit for six years. She has a lot of knowledge for the game and is a big asset for the girls in the academy.
